Matt Zwijacz
Manager
Matt Zwijacz is a Manager at Reference Point with a focus on data architecture, analytics, and systems integration and implementation. He has experience analyzing and integrating diverse enterprise data sources and providing operational intelligence for financial services clients as well as experience working with big data.
During his career at Reference Point, Matt has supported various engagements for financial services clients across Reference Point’s strategy, data, and technology services. Most notably, he helped a Fortune 50 Financial institution develop an information center platform with a robust analytics environment surrounding its operational ecosystem. He also optimized system and data architecture enabling the financial institution to identify unforeseen risks with migration of applications to the cloud.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Matthew was a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for real time enterprise-level analytics and reporting for a newly implemented case management platform.
Matthew graduated top of his class from University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business with a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
