Frank Stone
Founding Partner
Frank Stone is an experienced consultant and industry operator with 35 years of experience in CIO services, large-scale information technology project planning and management, operations restructuring and project remediation. He is widely recognized in the industry as a turn-around specialist with a solid record of accomplishment, as well as an experienced advisor regarding business process and technology integration following merger and acquisition activities.
Prior to founding Reference Point, Frank was the President of Dakota Consulting, an independent strategic consulting firm. He was also previously a Senior Vice President and Division Manager at Bank of America, where he successfully managed the operations and technology due diligence and integration of five bank mergers.
Prior to Bank of America, Frank was a Vice President and Division Manager at Seafirst, where he managed information technology development projects and oversaw merger and acquisition integration activities.
