Trevor Lee is Head of Finance & Operations at Reference Point, ensuring that our engagement teams have access to the resources, infrastructure and support they need to best serve our clients. In his role, Trevor leads critical enterprise support functions, manages financial planning and analysis, and oversees a wide range of day-to-day business operations.
Prior to moving into an internal role, Trevor led a variety of consulting engagements for key Reference Point clients across the banking and capital markets industry. His areas of expertise include project management, business analysis, large-scale system implementations, finance and treasury operations, and enterprise risk management. Trevor began his career within a leading global firm’s Financial Services Advisory practice where he worked on engagements ranging from model risk management to regulatory compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Management and is a CFA Charterholder.
