Jonathan Sganga

Jonathan Sganga is a Consultant at Reference Point with over three years of experience of process automation and data transformation within both external and internal initiatives. Jonathan has worked on a wide variety of engagements and has a proven track record of bridging business and technical logic, interpreting data in a concise way, and presenting solution development to both internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to working at Reference Point, Jonathan worked as an Associate, and later Senior Associate, within the Ignition Tax Automation practice of KPMG. While working there, Jonathan was able to develop his technical skills within data cleaning and analysis, process automation, and dashboarding. He was also able to develop skills related to process flow development and client presentation as well as project management and planning. Jonathan has experience working within teams of various sizes and disciplines and is always looking to learn something new.
Jonathan graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University in May of 2018, where he received Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Business Analytics, as well as a Minor Degree in Computer Science. When not working, Jonathan enjoys playing the trombone with his community band, playing board games with friends, and exploring new places in New York City.
