Stephanie Lin is a Consultant at Reference Point with extensive experience leveraging analytical skills to solve complex client problems across the Financial Services Industry. Stephanie has supported financial services clients in establishing data governance practices, implementing a risk prioritization model, and developing IT infrastructure strategy.
Prior to Reference Point, Stephanie served in the advisory analytics capacity, where she gained experience in the business intelligence and data analytics field. Her past professional experiences include refining and building data infrastructures, managing predictive analytic and ETL processes to develop business solutions for model risk management and data migration, and generally turning unstructured data into actionable insights.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Statistics with a minor in Music from NYU Stern and an MBA from Columbia University. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolors and horror movies.
